Project of the week

My project of the week is glass dome cabochon necklaces, I have been looking at some youtube tutorials which have been really useful. I purchased some pendants for them on Ebay. I chose to get them from China so they took a little while to arrive but they are really nice quality and have trees on the reverse. I want to put some quotes inside them, though i am a little concerned as i have an inkjet printer and apparently there can be issues with the image when using inkjet.Hopefully all will go well if i leave the image to dry for a day or two. I purchased glass domes and the self sealing ones. Stupidly though the self sealing one are the wrong size so i will need to purchase more pendants in the correct size for them. I love this type of crafting as you can create something really unique.

When i have completed the ones i am working on, i will upload some photographs. For those interested in this type of crafting i have included one of the more useful Youtube tutorials that i have watched.

Tonight i'm mainly loving Beatboxing!

I've got a new passion! If you hadn't guessed by the title it's beatboxing. I could never do it in a million years but i admire those who can. Especially Dave Crowe who i discovered on Youtube tonight. I would love to see this guy live. Not only is he amazingly talented at beatboxing but he also seems to be able to entertain a crowd.

"Beatboxing is a form of vocal percussion primarily involving the art of producing drum beats, rhythm, and musical sounds using one's mouth, lips, tongue, and voice. It may also involve singing, vocal imitation of turntablism, and the simulation of horns, strings, and other musical instruments"

Take a look and let me know what you think.

Brad Nailer - Retard

Just a quickie! *insert wide grin here*

I heard this song a year or so back and i just loved it. Brad Nailer sings quite "risky" country songs and i totally adore him and his straight to the point humour!

I had to post as i have just received an update that Brad has uploaded the song " RETARD" to Youtube so had to blog about it because 1) It's funny 2) it's catchy 3) it's so true!

I would love to meet the guy who has made me laugh so much. If you don't mind rude songs another song he has on youtube is "It Ain't gonna lick itself"

Don't worry i will be back to normal unrisky fairly squeaky clean posts tomorrow :)
